LINGONBERRY
“We’re going to have a lingonberry-kitchen!”
My client said as we were finalising the colour samples for the kitchen cabinets. The kitchen was meant to become the vibrant focal point of the apartment. We decided to keep the original layout designed by the developer, which meant the kitchen and dining area became a walk-through space. But this turned out to be one of its greatest strengths.
As you enter the apartment, the lingonberry-red kitchen immediately introduces its colour palette. Meanwhile, the living room, with its calm and understated tones, gains a bold berry-coloured accent that can be admired through the wide opening. The colours and design elements flow seamlessly from one room to another, creating a harmonious interior throughout the apartment.
